Harry was recommended in 2022, by Martin Machine after rebuilding my 502 Mercury ( '27 Powerquest LASER), it was installed , tested and done PERFECTLY....outdrive gone through as well as all electronics, guages, etc.. since then, Upstate has serviced, winterized and done additional repairs... highly recommend this shop...

Highly competent. Harry repaired and freshened up a motor that had to be pulled from my boat for an oil leak. Stuck to a solid timeframe estimate! Everything went very well, and as hoped, he checked other related components in the process. I was ecstatic when he communicated and pre-warned me about other critical parts that could be well worth replacing to save money in the long run, only if needed. And needless to say increase overall dependability. I had a complete job done right and the boat seems better than ever; I came in for a repair and got a borderline upgrade because of his proven knowledge.

Harry was completely ignorant and condescending. His customer service was horrendous and his position in the company should be evaluated. Estimate was outrageous and wouldn’t waste your time with this company

Harry is the best! Replaced an engine for me and has done everything for me ever since. Fair pricing and honest work. Makes repairs/ maintenance less stressful

I couldn't have been happier with Harry. His work is excellent, his communication is great, and his abilities to diagnose the problem quickly and give a clear time frame were superb. I've been to a lot of boat mechanics over multiple decades. And will be going back here from now on.
