I was looking for a vehicle to leave in new york due to my job, I had came across stone road, auto and took a chance on a vehicle. I have spoken to Michael heard about the details about the vehicle and everything he had helped me secure a loan for the vehicle. And he has done above and beyond for me to get the vehicle. I had started it on the eighth of january of this year, and I picked it up two weeks later, I could not be any happier the way everything had turned out. Car shopping and buying was easy. We walked in and asked to test drive a couple cars we saw online. After giving feedback, he helped us find the car that was right for us. It was a bit more expensive that we originally budgeted but it was that much better if a car. Once we decided to buy, the salesman took care of everything. From calling the insurance company to DMV paperwork, It was a hassle free process. It was a really easy process and the car is great too!

When I met the salesman, he was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable about the autos on the lot. He knows my circumstances and has offered to do the best he possibly can to get me into a vehicle that I can afford. He was very respectful! I would recommend him and Stone Auto to anyone.

UPDATE: I purchased an extended bumper to bumper warranty that most people might scoff at, but not only is it covering roughly 80% of an ac compressor repair, but when I called Michael to speak about it and ask his opinion on the cost and coverage (even though it literally has nothing to do with him or his dealership or repair facility) he talked me through the whys and hows patiently and with care. He’s earned my loyalty once again. He not only knows what he’s talking about, but he cares to share his knowledge and to actually help his customers. That is a rare and magnificent quality. Recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Michael here and the process was seamless. I was invited to test drive it and anything else on the lot. He wasn’t pressurizing me, asked me a few questions and left me alone to muddle it over. Because I “came prepared” knowing what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay, I was out of there in 4 hours, fully financed. A week later I discovered an issue with the passenger side “actuator”as Michael informed me, and he replaced it and buffed out my yellowed headlights for no extra charge. Thanks for being solid, Michael, and getting me what I need, which I understand is a little more than I should plan to expect from second hand. But you’re creating loyal customers and trust along the way, so cheers!
