Had a critter chew up my wires. Couldn’t find the part anywhere. I took it to the shop and the team was able to order it from out of state and fix it in the same week. Changed my oil on top of it all for a great price. Amazing service, highly recommend!

My brother brought a known good vehicle in for inspection, garage wrote up a failing report with hope of extortion of $3000+ in unneeded repairs. This is an extremely corrupted practice and they most likely are doing this to customers all over the area. We took it for a second opinion. Found a local shop that got it in and out literally the same day for $500 that did frame welding. They need to really get a grip on reality.

My car broke down in Ontario on my way out of Rochester and the only mechanic open said they couldn’t even look at it for about a week. My dad suggested Ron Begy’s saying they always treated him fair in the past so even though they weren’t open over the weekend, I got my car over there and called the office first thing Monday morning to discuss my situation. Mr. Begy was kind and was able to fix my vehicle the same day which I absolutely was not expecting. I had such a fantastic experience I decided to leave my son’s car with him for inspection as well letting him know he could take his time with it if he had other vehicles to tend to. That vehicle was also completed timely and with a smile! I do not live in Ontario but will definitely be using Mr. Begy as a trusted mechanic in the future! Thanks for everything!

Great place for an oil change, inspection or anything you may need. You won’t usually need an appointment if you come early. I know I can count on these gentlemen to do a fantastic job every time.

I think I jinxed myself from reading the reviews of this place before stopping by today. I used to always walk-in and get my car inspected and I’d wait for it. I read these reviews about how they were turned away and I felt lucky that I never was and that I’ve always been able to get in and out quick and easy. Well today, that didn’t happen and I had the same experience as everyone else with the 1 star reviews. I’m newer to the area and always thought I found a hidden gem in this place, but I guess not anymore. I have no idea where to go now! They said I could come back next week because I didn’t want to leave my car with them and I even asked if I could come back later today but nope! I’m disappointed.
