Absolute rubbish paint job. It is CROOKED. Requested Zero vinyl. He put vinyl pin striped over my paint job. Did not want clear coat or sanding. He did it anyways. Enzo charged me TWICE for a car shampoo that I never asked for. I never got the steering wheel I asked for that had Z28 on the horn; instead, he charged me for one he already had for 100 dollars more that says SS. I NEVER GOT shifter knob I paid for. He NEVER updated me on cost. NEVER got my approval for 80% of what my car received. Was at 5k with exhaust instal & engine oil leak etc. then it jumped to 11k!!!!!!!! He held my car for over 4 weeks. Promised it would be finished 5 times. I only paid 5k for the car so wanted minimal work done but he took the liberty of adding on dollars without my knowledge. He replaced my front louvers with plastic ones but lied and said he painted the original ones. ENZO owes me $1800 for services I didn’t ask for or receive. Don’t trust this shop, especially if you’re a female!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU'RE A MULTIMILLIONAIRE. IM WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK ENZO!! He even said sorry “it’s my fault” for not communicating with me about what he did to my car but still will not pay me. So I will keep on leaving one star reviews everywhere until I get my money back and so everyone can see what you’re really getting here… Especially a paint job that is laughable and embarrassing. My whole car is ruined. You should be ashamed of yourself, Enzo.. There is no other place who would’ve charged $11,000 For their car to leave a shop with vinyl striping that’s hanging off and peeling as we speak. My car is also having trouble starting… Maybe you should’ve taken care of that. I will remove these posts but not until you pay me $1800!!!!! Please pay what you owe because you can definitely afford it. I am literally sick to my stomach with how much you charged me. You can’t charge a client for anything they didn’t approve of! additionally, my car is ruined by your paint job that is clearly CROOKED and the vinyl was never approved. In regards to the reply that you have given me, Your tail is between your legs, threatening me with a cease and desist??? You owe me money… Look at this paint job is it straight? Did I get what I paid for? The answer is no. I am very savvy in the law department, and you have no case against me, but I have a case against you. Should I post what you charged me? Keep on pushing me and see how far we can go. Let’s go!!

I have two close friends that recommended JME aitomotive. Enzo was phenomenal to work with, brought my truck in for some specific items and he thoroughly inspected the rest of my truck. Called me to discuss possible future issues, gave me options and a bottom line price. Was able to finish all the work on time, very professional, communicative, and overall a great experience. Anyone who owns a Maserati - or other high-performance vehicle- will tell you they need specialized techs and often Maserati-certified or high-end, exotic, independent shops like JME Automotive - or, to be more precise, Enzo. I've been going to Enzo since he was in Webster -I've known him my whole life, and I can't tell you how lucky we are to have such a talented professional, solid family man, and true friend - in WNY. Besides routine maintenance, engine diagnostics, and transmission service on my Maserati, I've had Enzo fabricate old Jags and Corvettes for me-he's done the impossible that I would trust no one else to do. A truly talented expert mechanic who is at the top of his game. On the practical side, he steers you clear of spending more than you have to and I've seen him go out of his way to help his customers save money and get a lot of people out of jams; to say he is generous would be an understatement We can't ask for better - I'm proud to call him my mechanic and my friend.

I have a 2017 Toyota Tundra with 180k miles. Been going to see Enzo since last year. He fixed an issue w my AC for less than an third of what the Toyata dealer wanted to do. He found the issue and fixed it rather than make me change out entire ac system. JME did a full service on the truck from a-z last year too. It runs like a top. I recently needed some body work done and he replaced my rear bumper and quarter panel. The truck looks spectacular. They do excellent work and are more than fair on price. Each time I go they make reccomendations on things to consider. No pressure. Just doing whats right for me. I trust them. Strongly reccomend. Legit mechanic and good people. 5 stars.

Excellent people to work with. They have my Duramax Diesel running like a Swiss watch. Highly recommended..
