Fury Auto Accessories

I am extremely impressed with Fury Auto Accessories. We had them install a trailer hitch on our minivan, and due to a confluence of issues (most stemming from the fact that time snuck up on me), the hitch wasn't set to be delivered until the day we needed it installed. We were going camping the next day with five kids and needed to be able to use a cargo carrier to fit everything. When the hitch wasn't delivered on time, Randi somehow tracked down the FedEx driver a few miles away, acquired the package, and brought it back in time for Matt to install it before they closed. Any other business, I'm pretry sure, would just accept the fact that the hitch wasn't delivered on time and tell me it couldn't be done. And I'd accept that, because you can't always control the timing of these things. But to realize that this was important to me, determine that they needed the part by a certain time, take the time and effort to hunt down the courier, just to make sure I had a hitch in time for my trip is so far above and beyond what I would ever expect from anyone. They literally saved my vacation and bent over backwards to make it work, even though nothing that happened was their fault. Of course, the hitch was installed with no issues, either, and looks great. Top-notch work, and five-star service. I will tell everyone I know to go here now. Thank you, Randi and Matt!!

Very good installs and very good customer service. The products they offer need to change. Warranty covered the first radio & back up camera but NOT labor. Reinstalled new; it worked for 6 months, and now I am without a backup camera and radio is not working as it should. Per their words “I am out of luck”

I met Randi and Matt because my new 2025 Toyota Tundra 4x4 from the dealer did not have a hitch. Who builds a 4x4 and put a hitch on? Fury Auto Accessories is where I decided to have my hitch put on. Randi and Matt were friendly, polite, and courteous. Right away, Randi had hitches on the computer sharing with me the details of which would be for my 2025 Tundra. Matt goes out and checks my truck to see if it had the factory trailer wiring harness to the rear bumper. Matt came back and said we were all set to order the hitch and hook up. Randi told me it would take 1.5 hours to install. On the day of installation, Matt ran into problems. My truck was wired with the trailer harness but not equipped with the relays required to work properly. Matt took time to call Toyota to find wiring diagrams. With the help of a tech at Toyota, they agreed that is would have to go back to the Toyota dealer and have the proper relays installed. Matt and Randi kept me informed and explained everything that was happening and all I had to do next. I think and feel that Randi and Matt are good neighbors to have. Joe C.

Fury has done quite a bit of work for me over the years. Most recently an upgrade to the sound system in my 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond. WOW, what a difference! The improvement in sound was incredible. All done at a reasonable price, and quality craftsmanship..... Fury is an incredible resource to have in our area. I highly recommend them for all of your auto accessory work. Wheels, tires, sound systems, and everything in between!

Randi and Matt helped me with a U-Haul rental. They simply went above and beyond in every way to help me out. If you ever come to them with an issue they can't resolve, you can 100% believe that it's because it just wasn't possible. Believe me: they're not going to leave a stone un-turned if it means there might be a chance they can help you out. I'm certain they approach their auto accessory business the same way. Maybe even more so, since they're in charge of more factors instead of having to do things the U-Haul way. These are real people whom you can really trust. They're good listeners. I give them my highest recommendation.
