I actually had a good experience. Tire change was quick, whatever issues they said my tires had - I knew about them, and I was offered a fix and it was fixed. So far so good.

Incredibly frustrating experience. I go in for my appointment, and then tell me it'll be an hour and a half so I reschedule for later in the day. Come back and they tell me they can't do it because they don't have the oil filter. So I go to the auto parts store and buy an oil filter, and book another appointment. Then, turns out they can't get the oil filter to fit, so they just put my old oil filter back in. Literally wasted an entire weekend only for me to not get an oil change.

Yeah this place sucks. Got an oil change, they left my oil light on, which they said they turned it off. Then, my tire pressure light is on, and on the paper they said they checked the pressure and said they were all at 33. My one tire is at 28, and my tires are only supposed to be at 30, not 33. They also said they cleaned my windshield, which they did not.

Dented my car putting the tires on, the other side had scuff marks in the same spot where they must have bounced the tire off of or something. Not worth saving a couple bucks if theyre gonna do things like this. I called to complain and they put me on with the tech that did it, they were too lazy to chew him out themselves i guess. Edit: they also broke a clip off of my wheel cover and put it back together wrong instead of owning up to it.

Lucky they get two stars. That's only because they actually had my order when I went to pick it up. Customer service at the auto care center was atrocious. Not a single smile or even an offer to help carry out tires. Despicable.
