I had a great experience at Vic’s Repair. The staff were friendly, honest, and took care of my car’s undercarriage shield issue even without a scheduled appointment—something other places I called required. Although there was a wait for an available opening due to how busy they were, it was expected, and I had planned my day accordingly, knowing my car needed attention I really appreciated their professionalism and fair pricing and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for auto service.

I grew up in the area and my family have been taking our vehicles to vic’s as long as i can remember. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Over the years they’ve handled a range of repairs on a wide variety of cars/trucks — everything from older work trucks to modern hybrid vehicles. I’ve never experienced anything less than top notch work with clear, transparent pricing. Not only are they honest and competent; they take pride in what they do, and genuinely care about building a lasting relationship with their customers.

I needed my brakes done asap, Vic’s was great and got me an appointment fast. They are very friendly and helpful and the work was done in a timely manner. About a week later I scheduled for my resonator pipe to be fixed, they did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the service they provide. Thanks so much Vics!

I was traveling from Albany to Binghamton for business meetings when I suddenly heard a loud noise coming from my engine area. Naturally, I was concerned about the belts and overall engine condition — not exactly what you want to deal with on the road!
