We were visiting Cooperstown and on our way there trips of rubber came off making the tire unsafe. We called on the morning, went to the shop and in 1 hour they got tires delivered and changed. The service was fantastic. I couldn't be happier with them.
View on GooglePerfection in a mechanic. I never thought I would be able to say that, but I’ve never had such a smooth pleasant experience with a mechanic. We had a little accident in a recent ice storm with an older car (2006 Volvo). I was sure she was a goner, but McCarthy tire had us back out on the road quickly and without any headaches. The alignment is perfect and they threw in our new headlamps without even charging. Being an older vehicle, there were a few unexpected repairs that had to be done to properly get our wheels back to a perfect alignment. As these issues were discovered along the way, they were quickly and clearly communicated to me and everything was explained so that I completely understood why we needed to complete them. View on GoogleI was in town with my son for the Cooperstown experience and my brakes went out. I called around and no one could help me out. Finally, someone told me to call over to Tom at McCarthy Tire…so I did. He asked me to bring it by and he’d look at it. He not only fixed my issue quickly but charged a very fair price and was very accommodating to a guy in town wanting to watch his son play ball, not deal with brake line issues. Very professional and a pleasure to know there are lots of great people out there willing to help. Thank you Tom!
