Five Star Subaru

This was my first experience at Five Star Subaru and the one thing I would say is...why did I wait so long?!? I was treated with courteous professionalism along with real-time updates regarding the service of my vehicle. The team at Five Star addressed all of my needs and beyond. Going forward, I will not hesitate using Five Star for all my Subaru needs.

I want to thank FIVE STAR SUBARU for providing the highest level of customer care today! Jon was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in securing warranty coverage for my repair. The service technician completely fixed the problem my car was having. Michelle was extremely helpful and pleasant. My experience at FIVE STAR could not have been better! FIVE STAR SUBARU really delivers FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!

I recently purchased a Forester Hybrid from Five Star Subaru. I worked with Michelle Bonker and George Wells. They impressed me with their professionalism and I found them both to be very down to earth, sweet people. There was no sign of deception, or bait and switch, or that feeling that something is not right. In fact, they never tried to sell me anything. Just gave me info and let me ask questions. In the end, everything went well and I am very happy with my deal, and my experience. I highly recommend them!!!

Tom was professional, courteous and helpful. He even showed me a screen on my 2026 Outback that I couldn’t find. The oil change and tire rotation were completed faster than anticipated. No leaks and the free car wash was also a bonus. Thanks you guys.

I could not imagine taking my car for service anywhere else. I’m on my second Subaru and one of the main reasons for buying the second was the service center there. I love both of my Subaru Foresters but may have considered other vehicle options but wanted to stick with a service center I know and trust. Curt, Tom, John and the whole team there are extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I’ll be buying and servicing my third Subaru there soon enough I’m sure.
