I cannot praise Damian enough. He fixed our touring bike when it was fit for the bin. After an accident the derailer had completely broken, bent the frame, broken the chain and shredded the gear cable. He sent a long time and care over the surly disc trucker and had it up and running in no time at all. I would give him more stars if I could!
