My wife and I met my daughter in Nyack. She had just arrived from Vermont and after lunch told me about a “funny sound” and asked me to check it out. It was a miracle the car made it! The ball joint had completely failed. Called several shops and Celso was the only one willing to look at it. Once I explained the situation, he got us in right away even though the shop was clearly very busy. Celso and the mechanics fixed the car in just a few hours, test drove it to make sure my daughter would be safe, and gave me a few other recommendations for her for the future even though they knew we were just visiting and they would not be getting those jobs. My daughter made it back safely that night thanks to the fast response and great work of the mechanics here. I appreciate them helping some out of town people in need. Their rates were right in line with what the job usually costs according to all searches I made. They in no way tried to take advantage of our desperate need. Thanks the Celso and the crew! You all are life savers!

I tried to take my car to get inspected here, which they said would be fast and no problem. When I arrived, two of the men walked around my car and said they’d “see” if it would pass….by circling the vehicle and eyeballing it. They told me I needed new front tires and they could give me a quote. It felt like a scam to get more money. I took it to another place immediately after and my vehicle passed with no remarks on tires. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It feels they’re trying to rip you off.

View on GoogleOne of my first experiences with Ben was when I thought my car was experiencing timing chain issues. I really couldnt figure it out myself. While on the phone he was honest and direct, being that he wanted to diagnose the car first before throwing my parts & ideas at it. He comes to find I just needed a new battery. I appreciated his knowledge and prompt service, as well as his communication with me on the phone during the process. I’ll definitely be back soon for more work.
