Out for a ride Wednesday… Haverstraw trail to Nyack Beach…Had a whole day planned…6 miles into the ride I got a flat!! I looked for a local bike shop. I called Collado… Herinel came quickly. Took me and the bike to the shop downtown. My flat was fixed quickly, professionally, and reasonably! So Happy!! I finished my ride, saw a beautiful sunset on the Hudson! Thanks Ismael, and Herinel !! I can’t say enough!! My experience was great! I highly recommend Collado! Repairs, Service and cool gear!!

My derailleur decided to stop working on a ride and stranded me in Nyack so I went in looking for assistance. They immediately helped me figure out the issue and got me sorted ASAP! The price was better than I could have ever imagined as well! Could not recommend more these guys rule!

We popped a tire while riding along 9W and called the shop—Sergio was incredibly kind and even offered to come pick us up. He fixed the tire in under 10 minutes and went the extra mile by greasing the chain as well. So grateful for his generosity and kindness. Highly recommend this shop!

Today was our first visit to Collado Live. The facility was spotless and well-kept. My father needed one of his bicycle's parts replaced, and the girl at the register was extremely friendly and helpful. We also met the owner, who was also helpful and knowledgeable. It also helps that they speak Spanish, which my father appreciates. We will definitely go back if we are in the area again.

The service is untouched. I highly recommend them from Family to Professionals.
