Can’t say enough good things about Nyack Auto Collision. After someone opened their car door into my right front passenger door, I went to three different shops for estimates. Nyack Auto Collision came in at the lowest price and felt the most honest and reasonable. They got my car in and out in one day, and the repair looks brand new. Super friendly service and great communication throughout the process. I attached before and after photos because the difference is incredible. Highly recommend Nyack Auto Collision.

I had such a good experience here. My car was fixed extremely well and looks like new again. They really went above and beyond— they even fixed my tire, which wasn’t originally part of the damage. I especially want to mention Rosa. She is amazing. She followed up with me every step of the way, explained the whole process clearly, and made everything so easy. She is very knowledgeable and her customer service is truly top-tier. I definitely recommend this place. 10/10. Would come back again without hesitation.

They are very professional. The estimate was reasonable and the bumper and deep scratches were repaired. They also added a new side door trim panel.Afterwards the car looked just like new. I couldn’t tell where it was fixed. They also washed the woke car, inside and out. It was finished on time also. They were pleasant people to deal with.

I accidentally drove over a pile of stones that were in my blind spot, which tore off the plastic cover near my tire and deeply scratched my bumper. The car is brand new, so I was really upset. I stopped by Nyack Auto Collision Inc to get some advice, and from the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and even offered me a coffee. They took the time to clearly explain all my options, and the mechanic temporarily secured the damaged plastic piece so it wouldn’t flap in the wind — completely FREE of charge. They didn’t even want to take any money for it. From that moment on, they were incredibly accommodating. It took a few weeks before I could schedule the drop-off, and they were very helpful with rescheduling and making sure the parts were ordered in advance so that the actual repair process would be quick and smooth. The parts literally waited for *me*, not the other way around. Once I finally dropped the car off, they restored it to looking brand new in just one day. And the next morning, they surprised me by returning my car fully washed and smelling amazing. Exceptional service, extremely accommodating, and genuinely kind people.
