KEELER's PSI

Broke down about 3 miles from garage enroute to a kitchen delivery. Was recommended by a local to be towed there. (Shout out to Bob Ellsworth for truck and trailer towing.). Immediately Tobin took my truck in and replaced water pump and serpentine belt, and had me back on the road in less than 3 hours for a very reasonable price. So grateful for his efforts. If I lived closer, he'd be my go-to guy for my truck repairs. Thanks again for not messing around and just getting it done, as I was able to finish up my delivery that afternoon. (Better late than never. )

“Paying it forward” I need to share the story. I'm on the road in an old converted van. Yesterday I had a car problem. The coolant was leaking really bad. I was in Letchworth State Park, every 20-25 miles I had to add a gallon of coolant into the reservoir, and finally started adding water. I googled the closest repair shop, it was Sunday, the shop was closed but I drove 12 miles and parked there. Soon the police arrived and asked me what I'm doing here if I'm alone, and if I have a rig to sleep in my van, I confirmed and told him about my car problem The officer asked me to follow him to another shop he recommended, he said they fix their police cars there and told me I can sleep there in the back of the shop safely until they open in the morning. Long story short, I found out in the morning that they" don't do Fords". Today I visited three repair shops in this town and nobody could help me. They told me they don't have a lift big enough, they don't work with Fords, or they can schedule an appointment for the next week. Then I came to this shop, Keelers PSI, as I was parked a girl came to me, introduced herself, and asked how she can help me. I told April about my problems and she said she's going to talk to Tobin and see if he has the time to help me. Tobin started working on my car right away, It was the heater core leaking. I told Tobin I don't have a lot of money to replace it, and asked him if he can bypass it. Tobin bypassed the heater core in about an hour. I went inside the shop and asked April how much. April looked at Tobin, he said “nothing”, she turned into me and said, “ You don't pay anything, Tobin is paying it forward”. I looked at both of them, with disbelief…. How? Tobin looked at me and said “ seems like you have a long journey ahead of you, when you meet people in trouble, help them” I could not thank them enough, I really wanted to hug both of them, but with the “social distance” rules, I did not dare to ask….. Tobin gave me 2 gallons of water "just in case" and advised I don't need a coolant in the summertime. "On the road again" 🎶🎶🎙 I will be paying forward for sure. Amazing, good people.

Keeler's PSI is definitely a number you'd want to have in your "Contacts" list. Everyone - from office staff to the actual Mechanics is professional, helpful and friendly, AND AFFORDABLE. I've been using their services for 3 years now and am always pleased.

I regularly patronize Keeler's PSI for routine care and maintenance of my car. I had an appointment for the purpose of diagnosing a possible emissions leak, and an estimate for any needed repair, anticipating a need for another appoinment and repair. In a bit over an hour the problem was diagnosed, part delivered, and repaired, for a reasonable cost ( less than $200.00). I am very pleased with the consistent reliability and quality of service!

My girlfriend got extremely quick service that got right to the root of the problem in her heater. I’d tell anyone to go there because their service has been amazing. Keep up the good work and we will be seeing you again (hopefully not too soon!)
