⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have a Mercedes GLC 250, and my check engine light was on. I went to Bilal Auto, and on my first visit they diagnosed and fixed the issue right away. The same day, my engine light was removed, and I was able to pass my inspection. They have very professional mechanics, and the owners, Bilal and Kashif, were extremely helpful throughout the process. They treated me with respect and explained everything clearly. Thank you very much for your excellent service. I will definitely recommend Bilal Auto to everyone looking for honest and reliable automotive repair services.

So blessed to find an auto mechanic whose honest, reliable and so reasonably priced. I needed my air conditioner motor fixed, it was done fast and efficient. I then stayed I may need brakes. He told me not needed and guided me the right way. He wasn't looking to just make a sale. I will always return to this great place and recommend it to all my friends and family

I brought my 2015 Honda CR-V to Bilal Auto for new tires and some suspension work, and I couldn't be happier. The staff was incredibly nice and very professional. They explained all the details of what needed to be done, and just as importantly, what didn't. The car is running perfectly now, and I definitely recommend them for any car repairs

Unprofessional and Created a Dangerous Scenario. Was sent here by Victory Cars ( In which they are in Cahoots with, I heard them talk about what work to do and not do, etc.) Victory and Bilal autos would not release work that was done... shady... 1.I came in for oil change, because this shop passed the car with BLACK OIL. 2. They changed it and stated everything was alright. Codes came up and they changed one spark plug & ignition coil whereas the rest were bad and i had to change. (also forgot to plug back in wires...) 3. Car had a sound. Their mechanic said it was nothing. Victory said for them to check it. They said nothing. ( Took to to Ford, axile was bad and had to get changed. ) 4. Been here 5 + times, wasted time and gas, sometimes i waited while nothing was done that day, One time i drove there when i got the OK - only to be sent home because they could clean snow... 5. The miscommunication between BILAL, the workers and VICTORY is mind boggling, unprofessionalism from the workers and experience is the worst in my lifetime so far. IF you come here Record, document and cover your self because you WILL regret it. Do not expect honesty and good intent My car was running on bad electric system, bad oil, Engine block issue and bad aisle AND THEY SAID IT WAS OK ??!?!!?!?! By the way, all the reviews are all from the same persons of heritage. Hmm Fake much. Who knows ? Do not bother replying BILAL - you can and would not help, if you "tried" to fix anything, you failed then and lost all credibility. nothing you can do to remedy this.
