Mr. Asad and his team at ARC are the best! Work that needed to be done was thoroughly explained to me and in layman’s terms. Any and all questions were answered beforehand and even after work was done to ease my mind. Mr. Asad was very respectful to deal with and my vehicle was fixed in a timely fashion. So glad to have a trustworthy mechanic shop in the neighborhood! Thank you so much to the ARC team!!!

Extremely dishonest business. I brought my 2023 Nissan Rogue here for an oil change, tire rotation, and NYS inspection. The owner tried to tell me I would fail the inspection because I "needed brakes," despite the car having only 32,300 miles. When I refused the unnecessary brake work, he overcharged me significantly for the other services ($100 for oil and $60 for a rotation). I took the car to a different shop immediately after, and it passed the NYS inspection with zero issues—the technician confirmed the brakes were perfectly fine. I have attached my passing inspection report dated the same day as proof. They are clearly trying to scam customers into expensive, unneeded repairs. Go somewhere else.

I’m so glad I stopped here when I had a serious issue with my car. They were able to fix the problem within an hour of closing. The staff was very helpful. They explained everything clearly and even showed me the damaged part. I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you, Asad, for all your help.

I went in on a Saturday because i was having engine problems and my suspension was horrible. Mr Asad fixed everthing by friday and gave me a great price! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop!
