They open and easy to talk to. They patched my tire for a very low cost. Which was this good review i begged them to pay for it or tip but they refused. Anytime I need work done on my tires I'm going to Tread City Discount Tire. Prefer to give my money to humans that care !!!

​I have used Tread City Tires multiple times in the past and they never disappoint. I actually travel from the Village of Kenmore to their Thompson Road location because of my loyalty to them and my appreciation for their honesty and service. ​I went in today for a screw in my rear tire, and the team was thorough enough to find a bubble on the tire that I hadn't noticed. They were able to replace it with a used tire at a very reasonable price. The front desk staff are consistently polite and helpful, and they make the wait easy—the waiting room is comfortable and the free coffee is a nice touch. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fair prices and top-notch service!

I come here for all my tire needs, personal and business. Quality work, friendly team and great prices for new and used tires. I was in a pinch with a flat tire and they were able to get me in for repair within 10 minutes of calling.

I’ve used TC twice in the past 4 years and each time they’ve been extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They came right to my house and changed my tires - rates are reasonable and this past time I needed an alignment as well. Drove over to the shop on a Saturday morning where they happily got me right in and out within 45 minutes. It gets harder and harder to find places that do what they say they will, with a smile on their face and act like they WANT to be in business. It’s refreshing to make a phone call - have a friendly person on the line help you find what you need - and actually deliver on the product and the service. Keep up the good work TC - and if you’re in the need for tires etc - I’d recommend giving TC a call.

I have had my seasonal tires switched over twice by Tread City and had a great experience both times. The team is professional, kind and straight forward. They do not try to upsell or talk down to you (something I have noticed as a woman in the past at auto shops). Each visit has been about an hour long, and I've never had any issues with my car afterwards. Inbetween my visits to TCT, I visited Monroe Muffler because they beat their price by $5/tire - that was a big mistake. I waited for hours there when I was the only customer, the employees were screaming and swearing at eachother and the manager kept pestering me to post a review. I will always come to Tread City Tire.
