I purchased the number of cars from Bill over the years each time it was a good experience and I had no real issues except for the last two. Bill is a great guy Pat is not. We had a car with a bad part but was a little bit out of his 30-day warranty cuz of the number of miles on the car. We split the cost of the repair which seemed fair it wasn't unreasonable. 2 days later the part broke and the car was inoperative. Luckily we had AAA and towed it back to their shop. It sat there for 6 months and now I have to arrange removing it and taking it somewhere else to get it worked on. Each time I tried to talk to Pat about this car he was hostile with a very large frown on his face with a raised voice and accusatory tone, "what are you want me to do I can't get the car in here". If you're a mechanic and you can't figure out how to do something with a broken a car then you don't need to be a mechanic. I don't understand how you can have someone's car for 6 months and not work on it. Meanwhile Bill is stuck in the middle because he can't make Pat do anything either. Bill is a good guy I have known him for over 50 years. I have barely had any contact with Pat over the years until the last year. I never had to interact with him till now. That man has anger issues and needs counseling. I cannot in words properly explain to anyone how upset angry and hurt I feel over my interactions with this man. He does not act like an adult he acts like a wayward teenager making excuses for behavior that he knows is wrong and using anger to cover up his guilt and shame for what he has done or failed to do. I guess it would be a crapshoot if you buy a car and it doesn't need work then you're good as long as it doesn't go back to Pat because it might get work done it might not you might get yelled at you might not. I think it depends on the day if he feels like it or if his wife kicked him out of bed the night before or if he got a ticket or perhaps he needs some food he's hangry. Perhaps he takes medication and has forgotten to take it. Maybe his back and joins hurt and he's having tough day with pain. Maybe he's dying doesn't tell anybody so he's in a bad mood always. I don't know I can only say he has treated me very badly I don't want him to suffer financially but somebody needs to sit him down and explain to him the long-term consequences of his behavior. Maybe he can just accept that half the time people like him and half the time they don't have the time they'll bring business back and half the time they will not bring their business back to him. Maybe he doesn't understand that there's business he's letting go of. Of the many times in the last 6 months that I have appeared at the shop I've only seen him a small number of times each time that he wasn't there he was doing something else somewhere else picking up parts he went to the store he was gone I'm not sure where he went kind of reasons he wasn't there. I never called ahead and said I was coming so it appears that Pat really doesn't work as many hours as his shop is open. There are always cars there to be worked on it appears but yet he goes home early quite often I wonder if he's over having to work on cars.

Purchased a used car here about 8 months ago. Now that it's time for repair I'm bringing it back to them as I was very happy with the condition of my car when I purchased it . I know the clutch broke because of me and not anything caused by them. Very nice guys and I'm glad to continue bringing them Business.
View on GooglePat is great.... had another shop tell me my truck frame was rotted and they couldn't do my inspection. He got it in with the intention to fix the issue I told him about and once he got it lifted up the frame was fine. Saved me a lot of money was honest and earned my trust. A few months later I had a whining sound start right before a trip he checked it and found it to be the alternator and got me in that day so I didn't have to worry through the trip. Great guy and very knowledgeable.
View on GoogleSo it’s a real roll of the dice at this place if you’re going to get good service from Pat or not! Pretty much depends on whether he feels like fixing your car or if he has better things to do. Took a week to get an appointment, for an inspection with engine light on just for Pat to not answer his phone until noon then lie and say my car is next. No word from him by 3pm. Numerous unanswered calls by me and my bf, no way to leave a message. Finally get a hold of Bill who is quick to let me know he has nothing to do with repairs (seems he’s over Pats disrespectful, unprofessional ways) tells me Pats not even at the shop! Pat has ZERO regard to the inconvenience a person has when they don’t have their vehicle! He truly just doesn’t care. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I recommend anyone else who has a bad experience here do the same, because it says online there are no complaints with the BBB, so I’m going to make sure to change that! Although I presume Pat will just lie and say there aren’t any. SMH

Got turned down for a loan for the car I initially wanted and Bill did some research and got me a car that I liked even more from his colleagues lot and got a solid price for me on it! When I was a kid we bought a couple family cars from him and they lasted us for quite a while. Solid guy who never makes you feel pressured.
