Came here to get a new set of tires for my car. The manager with a southern accent was super polite and helpful with picking out the right set for my car and needs while also helping me get the black friday promotion I saw online with a tire warrenty. Was going to get the tires and alignment all done for 1 price plus wipers but upon the techs taking my car because its lowered with a TRD body kit they were not able to lift it or get it onto the alignment rack without ripping my car apart so I was given an awsome price for the tries and warrenty and was told it was still honored now because of what just happened and I HIGHLY RESPECT THE TECHS AND THE MANAGER FOR IT for knowing there limitations. Come down to today I took my car to a performance shop and got them put on and am very pleased with them and the help all around. Ive been coming here since 16 and will continue to do so

Nice, friendly service. Quick, with several bays to occupy. I went in for turr replacement. I have my own tires. They wanted to inspect the tires before install, to make sure they were safe. Would recommend.
View on GoogleCame in for a battery check and had a really smooth experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. They showed me the test results and helped me understand what was going on instead of just telling me to replace parts. They also pointed out that my power steering fluid was getting dirty and explained the options without being pushy, which I appreciated. On top of that, they helped fix a broken wheel stud for me, and the price was very reasonable. That really stood out because not every shop is willing to take care of smaller repairs like that. Overall, quick service, fair pricing, and honest communication. Would definitely come back again.
View on GoogleUnfortunately, I got a flat tire on the way home from work. Stopped by Mavis in Mid-City Plaza in North Tonawanda (one of the very few places still open after 5pm). By the time I got there, my tire was totally flat. The manager got me in quickly and had a great attitude. They patched my tire and I was home with my car in a very short period of time. Would definitely recommend them.
View on GoogleStaff are very friendly and helpful! I had an appointment to have all of my tires replaced, but the distributer never delivered them or notified the shop that they couldn't get them. The amazing folks at this location managed to find me a set with better weather ratings than the ones I originally ordered and matched the price. I didn't even have to reschedule. I'll definitely be back!
