I recently had my water pump fail. They were able to replace it and also install a new serpentine belt so I didn’t have to miss a day of work! Good work, good people, and fair prices, too! Highly recommend them and appreciate all they did for me.

I parked at the very edge of JL Automotive’s back lot around 1:15 a.m. while waiting for my laundry at the neighboring Payne Ave Laundromat because there were no available parking spaces nearby. I had no issue moving my vehicle when asked. However, instead of knocking on my window or speaking to me first, the owner opened my driver’s door and began yelling that I was on private property. While I understand the lot is private and would have moved immediately if asked, I found it inappropriate and unprofessional for someone to open my vehicle door without permission rather than simply knocking and requesting that I move.

My car died unexpectedly today on the way to work and I called and he was able to get my car towed and in and fixed all the same day for a very reasonable price. Went above and beyond prices are very fair. They do great work best mechanic I’ve ever had highly recommend.
