Upon all the 5 star reviews and hear say from locals about the quality and pricing I was thrilled to find a new shop close by, until... A simple OIL CHANGE. My 2009 Impala LTZ 3.9 calls for 4 quarts per the owners manual, AND double checking with the dealer Via VIN lookup. I provided my own oil which was a 5 quart jug and filter that I bought personally. When I got home I figured they may have put the left over quart in my trunk (they did not). I immediately checked and it was not there (you know where this is going...). So right away I went and checked the oil level on my dipstick. They put all 5 quarts in overfilling it. I then politely called back reverting to my owner's manual explained the situation. The mechanic said that all of these models call for 5 quarts (which is not correct) and started to get snappy with me. Then he proceeded to tell me it's not that big of a deal (admitting he put all 5 in) and it wouldn't cause any damage. This is false because now my engine is flooded and can cause serious long-term damage to the rockers/lifters/top end if not rectified. What dissatisfied me the most was there was no offer to fix the problem whatsoever. I wasn't about to take my car back to the shop that couldn't correctly do a simple oil change and got rude about it. Now I have to pay someone else to drain it and refill with the proper amount. If I wasn't out of state I would have simply done the oil change myself. Moral, If you want something done right you should probably just do it yourself. So sad... 😞 - A Former Lube Tech/Mechanic

Wanted to believe the reviews that this place was stellar. Upon having to leave my car here for a grand total of 3 and half weeks my issue with my car did NOT get resolved. I get that parts are hard to come by during COVID but the lack of communication and the ridiculous price they were charging me ($500+ dollars) for a 10 minute job, he told me himself it was going to take that long when I told him I would finally do it myself. I called them constantly to get information and updates on my car and half the time nobody would even pick up the phone to keep me updated. I finally went to the shop on the day that I decided to take my car out of their shop and what do I see, but a working staff of around 4 guys in there, all of which had no problem answering the phone with other customers when I got in there so NO I would not recommend this place to anyone. They will look for EVERY way to scam you ANY time.
