Had something funky happen with my new car - the cooling system fan stopped working. I stopped in after 3 on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted by Fran, who not only got the problem diagnosed, but got me on the schedule to have it repaired. I left the car with them. Monday morning at 8:15 they called and said they’d be replacing the fan under the warranty, and I had the car back Monday night. Excellent service by the whole Browns team, and Fran is an awesome service associate!

My first time having service done on my jeep at Brown’s in Patchogue and right from the start it was a breeze of a process! All of the staff I came encounter with was nice and helpful. I stayed and waited and my oil change took a half an hour! I couldn’t be more pleased with my service experience.
