What really sets them apart is the level of empathy they bring to the experience. Working with Chris, I felt like I had someone genuinely looking out for my best interests. He understands the stress and emotions that come with accidents and guided me through the process from start to finish without any sales pressure. He could have easily quoted a much higher price but instead was fair and honest from the beginning. I’m truly grateful they made a difficult situation much easier to deal with. Excellent service, I had pulled my front bumper off and Chris told me to bring it in the next business day. I brought it in, and I can swear the car looks better all around - I think they even washed it! I was so happy with the price, service and definetly recommend.
