Marvin helped me out with my vehicle and was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I had a few questions about the service being performed on my car, and he gave me great answers and explained everything clearly. Great customer service overall.

First, I’d like to say I love this company as a whole. But unfortunately this particular location has failed me and my daughter. My daughter trusted my advice when I told her to go to our hometown Firestone to get her car fixed. The vehicle came in their location with a check engine light on and rough starting condition. It had a lean code and misfire on cylinder 5 and 6. The service manager called me and told me straight up didn’t want to get married to my kids car and it MIGHT be a fuel pump, after telling me they didn’t actually test anything. I obviously decided not to go with his recommendation and told him to give my daughter her car… I wasn’t told until later that they CHARGED my 18 yr old daughter the diagnostic fee…. For what? Telling me that they don’t want to work on my kids car and rolling the diagnostic dice…. Crazy… Turned out to be a rip on the Intake boot after MAF sensor and the crank sensor wiring damaged. I tried multiple times to get in touch with Jimmy but couldn’t reach him after multiple attempts. I’m truly disappointed and embarrassed I sent my Daughter there.

Chris & Marvin were great help and transparent through the entire process. I needed my truck done in a day and the shop was able to get it done in an hour. Will be using this location for a long to come. 5 stars

Came in today for a few services on my car. Marvin was a great help, he was so nice and worked hard on getting me the best deal possible. I am so appreciative of the excellent customer service! Currently waiting on my car but I just wanted to shout out this young man who provided awesome service with a smile!
