Patchogue Discount Tires

I was in need of 2 tires, was on my way to a tire place and almost made it, 5 min away I had to pull over on Sunrise Hwy because my spare went flat. Triple A couldn't tow me for 2 hours and all the tire places would've been closed. I called Patchogue Discount Tires, was able to send my tire size in a picture and the owner sent his roadside service to change my 2 tires on the side of the road! Chris and his partner came in 20 min, took them 30 min to repair both tires, they set up cones, were very professional and gracious. The cost was $160+tax, I asked them to charge me $200 so they could both have a $20 tip and they charged my credit card right there, gave me a receipt. Was able to cancel the Triple A tow, drove off with 2 new tires and I'll be back to Patchogue Discount Tires for them to check my other tires as well. Wonderful customer service, great price and Roadside Service! Would recommend to anyone, they are located in Patchogue, NY.

Extremely Disappointed and Concerned I had a very troubling experience at this tire shop. After having my tires serviced here, I discovered that the lug nuts were not tightened properly. This created a serious safety risk — something that should never happen with a basic tire service. When I brought the issue to their attention, I expected the shop to take responsibility and at least cover the damages caused by the improper installation. Instead, they refused to acknowledge any fault, leaving me to deal with the repair costs on my own. I rely on shops like this for safe, professional work, and this experience left me with no confidence in their quality or accountability. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend double-checking any work done here if you choose to go.

Stay far away from these guys, there tires are garbage and they don’t look out for anyone in any sort of way, brought 3 “ new tires” 2 weeks later one of the tires is loosing air, the owner tells me I hit a pothole and doesn’t offer anything other then to buy the same garbage tire for full price. Take your chances anywhere but here definitely not worth it

They had the used tire I was searching high and low for. And that tire looked almost brand new. Plenty of tread on it. They were quick, friendly, and very professional. Very glad I found them.

BEWARE…Came here to get a nail removed from my tire and to have it patched. They ended up gouged my rim and took a chunk out of my new tires sidewall. I brought it to the owners attention, he just denied everything. Wouldn’t give my money back. So unless you want a hack job. I’d GO ELSEWHERE!
