This is the only shop me and my husband will bring our cars too. Mo and his team are beyond great!! They do great work, and are 100% transparent with you about ANY issues!! Mo has even offered to drive me home after I dropped of my car!! Where can you get that kind of service on the Island?? We proudly rep NLM & QSC!!!

Best shop to go to Ive been getting my Kia stinger worked on by him since day 1 of owning and he did my sonata n line as well. Mo always treats my car amazingly and I’ll only trust him to do everything.

Company is a scam. Ordered a set of headlights for about $100 from their website that were labeled as “in stock” in their inventory and the next day I get an email from them saying they were on back order. They said I could either request a refund or wait for them to come back in stock. I requested a refund, and I got told it would be put in. That’s all cool. What’s not cool is being told that I would see the refund in 3-5 business days and having to find out that 4 weeks later I still wouldn’t see the refund. It’s not a crazy amount of money, but $100 could still go a long ways for me. I’ve emailed them, no response. I’ve called them 30+ times, no answer. I’ve directly messaged their “CEO” Rob Hines over FaceBook Messenger about it, and still no answer. I’ve called the businesses around their supposed location and they’ve all said they’ve never even heard of the company. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. IT’S A WASTE OF TIME AND WOULD BE BETTER SPENT AT A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY.

I've never had a problem working with the guys at NLM. They're a great group, knowledgeable, very friendly, and willing to work with you and whatever your goals are.

Heard a lot of good feedback from many friends so I decided to give this place a try. Came all the way from Queens and man... they exceeded all my expectations. By far the best and most friendliest customer service and amazing work done to my car. Never felt so comfortable leaving my car with them. Thank you to all the staff there for taking care of my car. For anyone reading this, I can assure you you're safe in their hands.
