Great service!! I went in for a NYS inspection I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Billy is an awesome person very honest and trustworthy. I was recommended by a few people as well as my mom who always goes to him for every kind of service needed for her 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I have always gone to the dealership for basic maintenance with all of my vehicles but I will not be going to the dealership anymore unless it is for factory warranty that is all. Highly recommend this place and Billy!!

I have been going to my dealership getting service on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I trusted my dealership so when they told me I needed brakes/rotors at 30,000 miles I did it for a cost of 1300. Low and behold two months ago, they claim I needed back brakes/rotors at 58,000 miles, so there goes another 700.00. I went for a oil change last week and I had a appointment today for front brakes/rotors that they claim I needed. Luckily for me, my Son In Law referred me to Billy. And guess what folks, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes and rotors. Going to Billy put my mind at ease 😌 and he and staff took good care of me. I ended up getting tires which I know I needed. From now on, all work not under warranty I will go to Billy. Screw the dealership, seriously

Not a friendly place to go to. They took a long time looking at my car. Costing me 2 days of work. I had to keep calling to get an update about the car, even though Billy said he would call me. Then, to get hit with about $1000 worth of work that I only need to spend $300 to get fixed. And then to not be told about the diagnostic fee before doing the diagnostic. Billy withholds information, does the work, and then tells you what he is charging. His sign for his diagnostic fee was in a location hidden behind pictures of other things. While all other service charges are clearly advertised on his wall and counter. I wish I couldn't even give this place 1 star.
