Walmart Auto Care Center

Hopefully it's good. They put our old rim on our new tire. It looked like to me that the tire was popping out of the rim. I showed the mechanic and he said that's the bead seal they use so it's okay. Hopefully that's true because my truck isn't sensing the tire and it should since it's the original rim. Hopefully everything was installed correctly I'm a little worried since the truck can't read the tire

The Auto center has gone downhill in terms of customer service, showed up at 7 am before anyone else to have 2 bald tires replaced, was told the hours online and on the building were wrong it's 7:30am they open not 7am, was told its policy on a 4wd / awd to replace all 4, so I agreed as the front two tires were near the wear bars, asked if I had an appointment I said no, was told it will only be an hour or so, I said that's fine. then 10 minutes later was told they can't work on any cars till there is 2 techs in the building, I asked how long that was, she said just 10 minutes (7:50a at this point) tech comes in at 8am.... it's now 9:30am, 5 cars have been taken in at this point, I get up and ask the girl at the desk and said you said an hour and it's been two and a half, I have to go to work soon, she said I can put you in for an appointment for tomorrow, I said that's unacceptable because I have to travel far for work and you said one hour, I asked for my keys back at that point & left with nothing, just wasted two and a half hours for nothing....

I just want to give a great big shout out to the Auto Service team on Military Road. I got a flat tire near Walmart and asked for help to get it repaired so I could get home safely. The manager was kind and professional making sure that I was taken care of by his team. I was in real trouble and their kindness made such a difference. Next time I will make an appointment but I am so grateful for their kindness when I needed it the most. Service like this is rare and should be recognized. I hope Walmart appreciates workers like this who go out of their way to help Senior Citizens and all their customers. God bless you.

I was reminded why I hadn't returned to Walmart for tires in 20 years & won't be returning again.I bought tires in September '23 so I thought that I could return there when I got a nail in one but I found out that,once they get your money,they don't gaf about you.A plug could've taken them 10 minutes to fix but,not only were they "too busy" to do it,they wanted me to wait a month for an appointment.I'm disabled & can't change a tire anymore but,they were rude & uncaring.Never once did they utter a single nice word & were very dismissive.I would rather pay for my rotations elsewhere then to ever return there.And,by the way,the only reason they got 2 stars is the original salesperson was very polite & they had my tires installed in 15 minutes,though I did have to wait a month for that appointment,too.
