Monsters New and Used Tires

This guy is awesome! We called him at 12:00am and he said he will be there in 20 minutes to change our flat. He came within 15 minutes and got the job done real quick. He turned our vacation flat tire into a wonderful experience. I could not recommend him more!!

Yes, I was so surprised that they are really 24 hour service. I caught a flat tire 12 o’clock at night was up and running by 1:30 AM. Can’t beat that. I definitely recommend, customer service was great! You’re definitely in great hands.

Let me start this by saying thank you. You were a literal life saver tonight, we were in the USA visiting from Canada and we blew a tire, no biggie we have a donut, we put that on and get a couple miles and that prick blows too, I am forever grateful I found Monsters Tires, he got a brand new tire on my rim, got it bolted on and got us on our way, took an hour but that's nothing seeing how we were in a foreign county with all other tire places closed, he came out in the cold, snow and got us up and running. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs tire service, not to mention these guys are mobile, they come to you and get it done. The price was very fair as well. He was the only one who would come out, too. Tow truck places were a 3 hour wait, and he helped us through a rough time. Thank you again! You will have a forever customer with us anytime we're over and need tire services, ps I'm looking at swapping my other 3 tires to match the new one you did for me. Cheers Sean

Chuck and Gina - you guys are great!!! Last Friday I needed a set of tires for my F350 and came across Monsters New and Used Tires listed on Google. I gave them a call and explained my needs to Gina who answered the phone. She was courteous and friendly. We reviewed the options, my time constraints, and scheduled the appointment. Mind you I called their shop a little after 7PM. About 9:30 PM I arrive at their shop with son who was hanging out with me. They had a set of tires ready to go. That's when I met Chuck who I found to be a pleasant and very knowledge regarding my truck. My son and I had an enjoyable time talking with them about cars, trucks, and life in general. The experience was awesome. Chuck and Gina make a great team. I will be using them again in the future.

I live in Pittsburgh, Pa and had traveled to Buffalo / Niagara Falls for a hockey tournament with my daughter. I got a nail in my tire and needed it fixed fast. The folks at Mosters were the best, so helpful, and friendly. I definitely would say call them if you find yourself in need in the Niagara Falls area.
