My husband and I were an hour into a 6 hour drive home when we got a tire low pressure warning while driving on the interstate. By the time we pulled off the exit the tire was flat. Luckily we had a spare and were within 0.3 miles of MacKenzie’s. They took us right away even though it was lunchtime. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They repaired the tire and we were back on our way quickly! Thank you to everyone at MacKenzie’s for making a bad situation bearable!

I thought the guts of my car was going to drop by the sounds while driving. They found my wheel on driver side was loose and the ball bearing needed to be replaced. I am extremely happy I didn't have to get a new car. When I picked it up after repair, my car was driving as a new one. Thank you so much! You saved me a week of rental car.

I’m not really getting the hype on this place. They had me tow my BMW to their shop just for them to hold onto it for a week and tell me they can’t do anything with it as they don’t specialize in BMWs. So why did you tell me to tow my car there (which isn’t free) in the first place. Then they recommend me to another mechanic that held onto my car for 3 MONTHS. That was a huge slap in the face from these guys as I always have talked good about mckenzies. I will never be back

Took 2 weeks to get an appointment. They had my car for 2 days and got nothing done. Said they would call me and let me know what's going on, but I never got a call. Ended up going somewhere else. huge waist of my time and money. Absolutely ridiculous

I had a dead battery I was able to jump. Called these guys since I’ve been there before and they’re close. Took me in as soon as I got there and got everything finished in less than an hour. They were cheaper than AAA too.
