PLEASE READ I KNOW ITS LONG SORRY BUT ITS IMPORTANT ! If Icould give this place zero stars I would I went in to get two tires after hitting a massive pothole on NFB The OWNER told me it'll take one day Every other place was two days that's why I went to him.So next day he said there was A miscommunication they will be in the next day but will be done 1st thing in the morning . OK no problem that happens i'm reasonably and understanding the next day comes. He says it's on its way from Rochester. It'll 100% be there that was around 10am He cut off communication around 2:30pm for the day. The next day, I call he doesn't pick up (his cell phone is the number online) he finally texted me back a few hours later guarantee it'll be done that today He says to me I'm not leaving the shop until it's done. Around 5:30 he cut off communication again i drove by the shop i live close he wasn't even there! Day five day still no tires I have to get to work. I ask him to give me a refund and my tires back so I can have another place get them every other place I called they said two days wait he originally said one day that's why I went to him. He didn't want to give me a refund. He started making excuses again saying that the banks were closed like it's not 2026 and there's not ATMs Cash app Venmo Zelle. He made me pay cash that should've been my first clue but I'm an understanding guy I give everybody the benefit of the doubt, but I talked to two other local tire shops who said that he was scamming Elderly people giving them the wrong size tires and when they come back because the tires don't fit, he won't give them a refund and says they don't know what they are talking about. It took me calling the police at 1st they said there's nothing they could do it's small claims court but after i tell the lady the whole story she got mad and she called threatened if he doesn't give me my tires and full refund she is sending police units to his shop. It took all that for him to give me my tires and refund. the police scared him so he texted me right after saying I'll give you the refund Luckily, I was able to borrow our car and go and get it Please do not go to this place. He's gonna be a little bit cheaper than none of every other place but he is a scam artist and he is a liar. He tried selling me used tires that he claimed were new used. They were completely bald. He kept trying to push them on me. We live in WNY Can't drive with bald tires in the snow. . The guy is a scam artist do not go there! Spend the extra $50 and go to a reliable shop . DO NOT make the same mistake i did

So I made a review in the past, but I decided to upgrade the review. These guys are really great. Both of them prices are reasonable. No BS ing. I had a check engine light that just would not go off, took it to the dealership, they wanted to charge me 400 bucks to just figure out why the light was on and more money to fix it. He had a guy that I paid a 100 bucks for to fix my light and to get it off. Best 100 buck spent. Got my inspection on the road the same day it took the guy 15 min with his computer. They will.work with you great service. Thank you
