We were traveling home when we had tire damage 36 miles outside of Niagara Falls. I called to see if they had the tire we needed in stock and if they could change it for us. Not only did they have it but we only had to wait about an hour and a half. They sent us a very detailed report and had us out the door quickly so we could get back on the road. Excellent service!

I had a great experience at Dunn Tire! The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly. They explained everything clearly and made sure my car was taken care of. The service was smooth, prices were fair, and I left feeling confident and safe on the road. Definitely recommend them if you need tires or car service!

Seasonal tire change over was scheduled for 11:00 am. My daughter is in this area for school so we scheduled the appointment at this location. According to my daughter they were doing a diagnosis of the entire car before they did the changeover to the summer tires, explaining all the services that are needed. Again this was supposed to be just for seasonal changeover, so my daughter politely declined. She was finally done at 1:00 p.m., now 2 hours after her appointment time. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman, and he said that it was customary for Dunn tire to do this service for every seasonal tire changeover. I have had seasonal change over before, and I have never had this complimentary service inspection done before. So, either this location decided to offer up this complimentary service on their own or other locations that I have had seasonal change over before, declined to offer me this service. I would vote that they offered this per their own store policy. When I asked for a number to corporate, the employee put me on hold, and gave me a manager. I asked this manager for the number, and she provided to me. All I ask is for consistency, is a service offered every time throughout the company or is the service offered at the store when you're trying to gain a sale and take advantage of a young person?

Friendly staff replaced tire for my motorhome. Ordered tire Monday picked up Wednesday No 6000 lb jack so i had to put it on vehicle myself. Did not have it mounted at the time they had specified. Cost was good as they honor discount tire warranty.

Went for inspection. Was told rear window tint not allowed. Politely showed law via DMV site explaining rear tint allowed in the presence of bilateral exterior rear mirrors. Still told no and was given option to pay $87 for them to remove my legal tint. Charged $21 for them to tell me tint illegal, then in the presence of state website stating tint was allowed, still saying no.
