My parents car wouldn’t start because the linkage from the shifter to the transmission wore out and it got stuck in gear. John and his team had their car repaired in a couple hours. I appreciated the fast service since that car is my parents only mode of transport. Mom was extremely relieved that her car was OK and didn’t need major repair.

On my second visit to Bundy’s auto service and repair in Niagara Falls, for repairs to my truck I realized that not only impressive repairs are completed in a timely manner but also the professional courtesy and welcoming atmosphere that I experienced really put my mind at rest, now I have a reliable and honest mechanic shop I can go to for all services that my vehicle may need.

I am so grateful I was referred to Bundys by my friend! They were very knowledgeable, fast and overall super nice! And reasonably priced, won’t break the bank that’s for sure! John and Dawn at the front are so amazing and the mechanics are all really nice!

This place since I have been coming is very fair, Positive, and Great at their job, now I only been here 3 times the last 2 times was for very serious reasons, and the way they handled it… Ima have to say top tier… my car is driving like brand new and Bundy dissected my car, my whole situation like he has a 3rd eye.. he did that on my 2nd visit… so that’s what made me come back for a 3rd visit… just be fair with him and he’ll be fair with you, his secretary as well, she has a 3rd eye as well and is very professional… now I said they’re Great but they’re probably excellent, but I need more experience… but 4rm my 3 visits it’s really lookn like they’re excellent… 👍🏿… but the way Bundy dissected my car and my whole situation on my 2nd visit was jaw dropping… but for me to say excellent only time will tell…

Was on a long roadtrip and ended up with a flat and in need of a new set of tires. Got so lucky they were the closest to us. They were extremely honest, communicative, and timely through the whole process. 10/10 would recommend
