Today, just after crossing the border near Niagara Falls, my car hit a deep pothole and my tire blew out instantly. The tire pressure dropped to 9 PSI, and I was completely stranded. It was already late, and I called five repair shops — all of them were closed. This shop was my last hope, and the owner told me he could help. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very kind and patient man. When my phone had no signal, he even lent me his own phone so I could contact my family. After checking the tire, he explained that the tire model was not available and that the sidewall damage meant it couldn’t be repaired. I truly thought I would be stuck overnight. Instead, today, in freezing weather (around -10°C), he went to five different stores to find the right tire for me. He installed the new tire so I could safely get home. The price was extremely fair — nearly just the tire cost plus labor, which I could afford. This was not just great service — it was genuine kindness. I am incredibly grateful and highly recommend this shop.

I can’t say enough good things about the incredible service I received from Bajwa Parkway Service Station. I broke down near Niagara Falls on the 4th of July—of all days—and was honestly expecting to be stranded. But to my surprise and relief, the mechanic came out on a holiday to help me out. Not only was he quick to respond, but he was also incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. He took the time to explain what was wrong, fixed the issue efficiently, and charged a very fair price—no holiday markup or surprise fees. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping someone in need, not just making a buck. It’s rare to find that kind of dedication and compassion these days, especially on a day when most people are with their families. I’m beyond grateful for his help and would recommend Bajwa Parkway to anyone in the area. They’ve earned a lifelong customer.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Today my car broke down a few streets away, and I was able to get in touch with Surjit, he was kind enough to bring the necessary engine coolant and top up my reservoir so I could get back home to Oakville from NF. Many thanks, ji! 🙏

Absolutely awesome. Took extra time at the end of his work week to help us, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and took time to verify operation. Cannot say enough good things about this business!!!!

We had our starter go out when doing work at Seneca Niagara Casino. He got us right in and changed it out for a reasonable price.
