On March 11th 2026 I took my street bikes tires to Maddie's to have new tires installed. Two days before I called and talked to a woman over the phone of the process as to what I was looking to have them do. I specifically stated that I already purchased new tires and wanted them installed. She had no issues with this and stated it was going to be 25 dollars a tire for mounting and balancing. Also said I'd take the old tires with me when i picked them up. All was well over the phone and was told I could drop them off anytime. So today I pulled the tires off the bike and walked into the store about having them installed. The guy at the counter asked what I needed. Told him I wanted to drop off my tires to have the new one's installed. He went out back to get a second guy that ended up at the computer. I said I had my tires and wanted my new one's installed. He said wait you have tires already. I said yes I already have them, and they both looked at each other. The first guy I originally talked to said we can't do that. I asked why? And he stated because of reliability. Well neither cared that I said I call prior and was told no issue and price and all. So other than trying to make even more money of selling me tires at dealer markup and coming up with a pathetic excuse. Good news is I will never step foot in your business again. And whether buying a new street bike or snowmobiles it will not be with your business. And the other crazy thing anytime I get a nysi inspection or tires installed I always purchase items in the store at the same time. But I will definitely share my experience with my fellow riders to stay out of the store, and find a alternative dealer. But good news once I left there I dropped them off where I normally get the bike inspected and purchase necessities. No issues doing the tires or any problem with me purchasing two new helmets.

I called this morning to see if they have a specific pair of knee braces in stock. Was told by the woman on the phone that they do (even verified with a picture and part number) then after driving 2 hours there, they did not have the item in stock whatsoever and they tried to sell me on something else. Will not be returning to this location.

Just bought a Harley and had an awesome experience, the sales team was impressive and made buying simple. recommend to anyone looking to check them out.

Loading and unloading could use some help,service after the sales could use a little some touches, they bring the unit out, don't say a word, just leave it and walk away. The quality of work is there, and the price was fair. Would I go there again, of course.
