Howell Motors Inc Service

Have been coming here for the past few years for service on my Escape. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. What I like is making an appointment for an oil change. I have been to other dealers that have a "quick lube". I have waited over 2 hours for my quick lube. The one downfall that I would point out is the waiting area is small and dated. But Micky D's is next door so you can go over for a coffee or bite to eat while you wait.

Received oil change and a report on my vehicle what was good and what needs replacement in the future and prices. I was in and out of the waiting area less then an hr. The service was great. Everyone has a smile and a warm greeting. I will definitely be going back for my tires.

I don’t bother going anywhere else for any purchases or repairs for my Ford Explorer . Anytime I call, they know me by name, and more often than not I can bring my vehicle in immediately. Dan and Ray are extremely easy to work with, the office staff is great and their prices are competitive.

Went to the service department at hallmotors. Write wrights corner,Lockport.Greeted me very well, told him my problem they ordered it for me. told me it was in I left. My truck there, and in know time , it was repair. They also gave me a veterans discount. Excellent service. everyone should stop in and have work done.
