Great work - great personalities - eager to help, reasonable prices, honest - he actually seems to care and is trying to help - extremely rare these days. But honesty and integrity and being ON YOUR SIDE are the biggest things. You will NOT get "ripped off" here! VIP auto Care is a diamond in a coal bin.

View on GoogleTHESE GUYS CHARGED US AND LEFT THE CAR IN WORSE CONDITION There are two different car shops in this building, so this review is specifically for the one operating out of the front/top part of the shop. My dad’s car originally went in because the check engine light came on. I scanned it myself with my OBD reader and it showed a P0442 (EVAP leak). That was the only code. My dad brought it to these guys to fix that issue. While they had the car, they told him he “needed” new spark plugs and a thermostat. When they returned the car, not only was the P0442 still there, but now it also had a P0300 (random misfire). You could feel the misfire immediately — the car was jerky during acceleration. My dad brought it back a second time. After that visit, the car still had the P0442 and P0300, and now it also had a P0430 (catalytic converter) code. I looked it up and learned that a misfire can cause a P0430 because unburned fuel gets pushed into the exhaust and damages the catalytic converter. He brought it back a third time to ask what was going on. They tried to claim the car already had those codes before he ever brought it in. That is simply not true. • The only code it had originally was P0442. • The misfire didn’t exist until after they worked on the spark plugs. • And even if the car had additional codes, my dad paid them to fix the check engine light, yet they returned the car with the light still on. They even tried the classic “erase the codes” trick, which does nothing because the light comes right back as soon as the car completes a drive cycle. My dad brought it back one more time, hoping they would finally fix the issue. No results. He felt obligated because he had already paid them, but at that point it was clear they weren’t going to make it right. We finally took the car to a different mechanic. That mechanic told us the spark plugs had not been installed correctly, which caused the misfire. He also had to clean the catalytic converter and fix the original EVAP leak. In other words, we had to pay a second mechanic to undo the damage caused by the first one. These guys charged us and left the car in worse condition than when it arrived. WARNING: DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO THESE GUYS. And to the business: please stop responding to negative reviews with “come back and we’ll make it right.” My dad came back to you multiple times. You never made it right. You insisted the car came in with issues it absolutely did not have, and you still charged him while returning the car with the check engine light on. I’m not a master mechanic, but I’m not clueless either. Between basic automotive knowledge and the information available online, it’s obvious what happened here and it wasn’t honest or competent work.
