Being a woman navigating the automotive world can be a tad frightening, but Andy At NWCC was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained all of possible outcomes: total loss, salvage, safety repair vs unsafe repair and worked with my insurance company to get the job done right. The work was wonderful couldn’t tell that most of my passenger side had been replaced. I am so grateful for this experience!! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!!

They have done work on several cars for me throughout the years including a C7 Z06, Mercedes Benz GLS450, Mercedes Benz CLS 53AMG & GLE 53AMG. Their attention to detail is incredible and they’re just really good people to work with. I cannot say enough about the Gayton’s….just beautiful people! I highly recommend their services!

He made sure the insurance company understood all the issues, kept us informed on the progress and would not sign off until the car was to his standard. I 100% recommend using New Windsor Collision!
