This is a scam everywhere. These guys order partial parts and then makd you come back for the job left. Def you pay extra for the part. Total amount is the same or a bit above than other regular auto reapir shop. Not a junk field price. When you see their lift, it’s a junk. To get a complete job, you pay more! What a business, making good money!

I've been doing my regular maintenance here. Also they check your tires, fluids and give you suggestions to make your car run better. They also do emissions inspection. Very friendly team.
View on GoogleVery nice auto repair place. The staff and owner are so professional, they will take care of your car needs without overcharging you. Highly recommended. Make sure you make an appointment otherwise you will wait for a while because the place is expectedly busy.
View on GoogleThis is an amazing shop. Great technicians, quality work, fast turnaround all at a fair price! You couldn't ask for better. Kudos to Roland and those involved.
View on GoogleCame in with a perfectly running car to have a battery cut off switch installed. A job so easy the tools necessary are included with the component. However I figured why take a chance of messing it up at all when I can have my trusted mechanic do it and avoid any chance of having electrical issues. I’ve used them in the past and the owner Rolando was cool, fair, and trustworthy something I value greatly. The owner was away and I dealt with a young manager. The job took about 1/2 hr and cost me $118. As I drove off the car seemed to run rougher than usual but I wrote it off to paranoia. Later that night it kept shutting off as I tried to exit my garage and then stopped and wouldn’t turn over leaving me in my narrow driveway down which a tow truck could not fit. Upon inspection we found the mess as illuminated in the photos. Something melted where they had connected it. The tow truck driver recommended I remove the component which I did and it started and I figured I’d bring it back after work the next day. The next day the car ran rough, power steering going in and out, etc. It shut off and wouldn’t turn over again. At this point I had already called the manager telling him about the melted goop and such. He told me it was due to a faulty component and wouldn’t take responsibility but bring it by when convenient and they would take a look. I’m now calling him to see if I can have it towed there and leave the keys. He was pretty dismissive. I did have it towed there even though I knew it would be closed and the next day returned to pass the keys. As I did so the mechanic (a really cool guy) was ready to take a look and the manager told him to go on a lunch break. I left in my rental car when I was told thru were busy and would get to it later. I ended up calling them an 1 1/2 hr before closing and they still didn’t bother look at it. They called me back shortly before closing. The mechanic did research online and found that what he connected the component to was a 180 amp battery fuse. That’s what had melted and he even found I can buy it from Amazon online. I had the fuse delivered the next day and installed by the very same mechanic. Mistakes happen.Completely understandable. But own up to them. The mechanic seemed willing but the manager was not. He may feel he’s protecting his employees or saving the owner but he’s not. He has the mentality of the type of mechanics you can find in the street rather than a place named “Your Family Auto”. Perhaps because I’m not one to argue too much before researching things myself, he felt he could take advantage. Perhaps he thought if he were dismissive or placed me at the back of the line I’d just give up. Perhaps I annoyed him and that’s why he did so. It’s unclear, but what is clear is where the responsibility lay. Perhaps the owner who properly built a good reputation will intervene to preserve that reputation.
