It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, quality of work, honesty, and fairness in any industry let alone auto body repair and auto service. Alexander is the best, so good I had to shake his hand twice. My beloved 2008 Honda Element EX was sideswiped in an overnight parked hit and run, and insurance totaled it due to economics. Even though Opie (my car) was perfectly drivable, the cosmetic damage to the driver front and rear doors were estimated to cost too much compared to the value of the car. I got quotes from 3 shops and Alex gave me the best one including a clear coat repair over the entire car, which I’d been wanting for years but was always too expensive. They replaced both doors, repainted them and fixed the paint throughout the car, having to do a little more work than expected without charging me extra. On first pickup we noticed paint in the door lock cylinders and the driver lock wasn’t working with my key, plus a small dent in the newly replaced driver door. Alex took it back to fix over the next days, which I appreciated so much I threw a bunch more work at him. He gave me the best price (I checked with another repair shop and two tire shops) for replacing much of the front suspension and rear brakes plus rotors, installing aftermarket rear adjustable upper control arms from Element44, got a specialist to do a proper alignment using the adjustability (the wheel tires are so straight now! Previously they were cambered in so badly tires quickly wore out on the inner edge), sourced and replaced two new Falken Wildpeak tires, Honda OEM transmission and brake fluids, and more. Also, even though he thought they could not clear up the faded lens of my passenger headlamp, they tried and did a fantastic job polishing it clear. Opie looks and drives great, ready for a trip down South tomorrow. We have some more lock paint cleaning and a small missing trim piece to replace, little things which they’ll take care of later. I took my 2014 Honda Accord EX-L to Xtreme Quality Auto Collision, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had an excellent experience at Xtreme Quality Collision. The facility was organized, clean, and very professional. The staff was polite, attentive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. From beginning to end, the service was outstanding. They told me my car would be ready in three days, and they delivered exactly as promised. I received a call when it was ready and was able to pick it up without any issues. About a month ago, I was rear-ended at a stop sign. My rear sensors were damaged, and I needed a new bumper, lift gate, bumper cover, and paint. From the moment I called, I was given a legitimate estimate and reassured that all the parts were high quality, the prices were fair, and the labor costs were affordable. They were even willing to take my car during a snowstorm and truly went above and beyond. They sent me pictures throughout the process, showed me the parts as they were being installed, and even complimentary compounded the entire car so the back wouldn’t be shiny while the front still looked dull.
