They sounded like they knew what they were doing so I paid $3000 for a transmission and engine. Gave me a tracking number and we were delayed after delay. Never received the engine whatsoever. Was told I would get a refund. It’s been a year January 22 and still have not seen the refund. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Guys please call me I need to guy an Engine for my 2001 F150 I have had bought with you guys an year ago and had an amazing experience and the sales guys there are really great The moment you talk to them, they make sure to do. Had a horrible, time and money wasting dealing with them. I was sold a used engine that wasn't good. The timing chain, MAF & O2 sensors were bad and the connecting cables were cut off. For over 1 month, the car couldn't be fixed as they're demanding for proofs. To get the car back on the road in order to ease my daily movements, I painfully paid more to get the engine repaired. I was disappointed, embarrassed, financially reaped off, and grossly dissatisfied. I will NOT recommend them to anybody! Infact, RUN away from having any deal with them!! This unrepentant business outfit are out to ripe peoples off of their hard earnings without offering values for money!!! Once, you fall into their trap, they'll ignore and abandoned you to your fate!!!! "WATCH BEFORE YOU LIPE". OTHERWISE, YOU WILL REGRET IT AND HAVE YOURSELF TO BLAME. RUN, RUN, RUN.

i bought an engine from this company on 21 st july i received my tracking a week later with changing delivery dates. i had to leave work early for home yesterday 5 th august as i was told my package was on route to be delivered. today 6 august i was told my package is out for delivery. i go home and nothing shows up only to track package and told the package is expected to be delivered on 12 th august. these people blocked my phone number and can’t reach them. they are scamming people off their hand earned money. i want a refund

Beware! This company scammed me for $1,550 US. Peter sent me pictures of a motor with 130,000k which I paid for but never ever received. He said it would take about a week. On June 10th Dav Roy sent seven pictures of a motor from California which he said he was sending to me in Canada but that was also never sent. Ivan also could not resolve anything although he calls himself the manager. Kevin, the owner, also said he would get back to me right away and resolve it. That's also been several weeks now without a call although I called him many times. I'd give X AutoCare a zero star rating if it allowed me.
