I ended up in a collision for the first time ever in my 37 years of living. I was lost and didn’t know what to do or where to start. It started with a Mr. Jay Perez! He was able to help me get my composure and was so sensitive to my situation. His kind words and guidance got me started. And if I had a question or concern I was able to reach him with no problems. Then I began working with Jennifer in the office to deal with all other transactions and insurance. She was a real sweet heart and helped me every step of the way! Again, if I had any questions or concerns, and trust me I had many, I was able to reach her with no issues. This Wreck It crew went above and beyond to help and I will always be grateful!!
