Great quality work , They get the job done the first time and it’s done correctly. Had my tires and beadlocks installed on my Raptor R and everything went smoothly and cost was incredible compared to others. It wasn’t a bang over the head and was charged appropriately . Use Tire Empire for anything car related you won’t be disappointed.

Great place for tires and lifts, Vinny and the crew are awesome, they sat down with me and went over all my options, tires rims and everything I would need, they were patient and they even text you throughout the process if they have any questions or if there's anything else you might need, I dropped off the truck and within a few hours they were done, and what a beautiful job they did , they were clean professional and put everything back where it was supposed to go ,great service very nice people and great price!! I'm very happy with the work and I am extremely happy that I went to Wil John's , I highly recommend this place. Thank you guys for the beautiful work.

View on GoogleLet me tell you a story about what an absolute masterpiece of garbage the 2025 Audi Q5 Hybrid is. First of all, the “official” service interval being every 10,000 miles already sounds suspicious to me. But whatever — it’s a lease. It’s technically the bank’s car and emotionally not my problem. I did the first service at Audi in Mahwah. No loaner car. No shuttle. Waiting room prison sentence. Taxi from Staten Island costs like you’re booking a helicopter extraction from Afghanistan. Fine. I waited. Paid $390. Sad? Yes. But hey — it’s a “premium” car. Want to save money? Buy a Nissan Rogue and stop pretending you’re important. The Audi people confidently told me: “Next 10,000 miles, just add gas and windshield washer fluid.” And I’m sitting there thinking: “…what about tire rotation?” But then I thought maybe I’m just an idiot and German engineers know things beyond human understanding. FAST FORWARD. At 15,000 miles — FIVE THOUSAND miles before the next service — I discover the rear tires are basically bald. No tread. Gone. Finished. Deleted from existence. To be fair, my wife mostly drives the car. The car leaves a dark underground parking garage and comes home at night from Brooklyn or Manhattan. Nobody’s inspecting tires with a flashlight like it’s Formula 1 pit lane. So now I’m suddenly almost getting hit with a $2,500 bill because the Pirelli service center tells me: “Oh no sir, with Quattro you really should replace all four tires because different tread depth could damage the AWD system.” Amazing. Incredible engineering. A drivetrain emotionally unstable enough to get depression from slightly different tires. Meanwhile I spent 54,000 miles trying to destroy tires on a Jeep Wrangler and failed completely. Apparently because those were NOT Pirellis. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ Eventually this tire shop finds my beautiful garbage-tier Pirelli Scorpions for $499 each. So only about $1,000 instead of financial execution. And honestly? The guys at the shop were cool. They took longer than expected and ended up not charging me for the full service. At that point I HAD to leave them something because the workers still need to feed their children and survive inflation in New York. And now? Now I get to come back every 2,000–3,000 miles for tire rotations because the front tires already started wearing weird too. Do they want more money from me? Apparently not. Rotations are free because I bought the tires there. So the moral of the story is: 1. The service guys are actually awesome. 2. Audi Quattro is dramatic garbage. I’m probably dumping this lease and going back to either a Jeep Wrangler or a BMW xDrive. 3. Pirelli Scorpions are trash. 4. Listen to tire shop guys if you want to keep your money. German luxury engineering will not save you. Thank you for coming to m
