Whitey’s Tire Shop was quite the experience; I wanted Vogue Tires for my SUV, but I questioned whether I should buy them there.. Imagine my surprise when I got there, and the owner has the same suv as mine with Vogue Tires on it! I knew that I was in the right place and I got a really nice deal on 4 Vogue tires and 4 Dub rims! My suv looks absolutely stunning now and I have to contribute this look to Whitey’s Tire Shop! They did an outstanding job!

Came in today at opening time to install 4 tires I had ordered from Tire Rack. Probably the easiest, fastest car related experience I've ever had. In and out the door within 30 minutes. Will definitely be back in the future.

"Beware: This shop will charge you for repairs they don’t complete. I paid to have my tire issue addressed, simple TPMS, but the problem remained exactly the same. They told me to come to their other location across the street after a few days to fix it. When I asked them to make it right, they tried to double-bill me for a second repair. Literally was told that have to do so many things, even though its the same ownership the other guy told me "I run my shop here across the street, what u did at the other location (same shop) has nothing to do with me, very rude and unprofessional!!! A reputable shop stands behind their labor; this one just looks for a second payday. Do not recommend."

I went there after hitting a pothole on the conduit, and I was explaining to the person that I was dealing with that I believe I have a bent rim he told me that it’s not the rim it’s the tire how would you know if you never put it on the balancing machine and then wanted to charge me $130 for a tire and then $30 for alignment and installation where I can get the tire for $60 online brand I understand you guys have to run a business but at the end of the day the customer is always right you never checked that the tire was deformed. You never checked that the room was bent. You put the rim back on my vehicle and I went about my day. this is not how you operate a business. This is how you lose customers always listen to the customer with their concern and problem. If you don’t do your due diligence, how would you know something is wrong this is the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been in customer service for 10+ years dealing with thousands and thousands of people this is not a bash of the company, but as the owners have more respect for the general public
