Westchester Bicycle Pro Shop

I bought a trek for my wife on her birthday and the owner was very helpful, respectful and courteous with us. I forgot his name, he's the man of asian descent. The repair/ tune up individual, i forgot his name, he is the man of Hispanic descent, was also very respectful, courteous and very efficient at his job. The bike I bought her was at a reasonable price and They threw in a few extra goodies for my wife's birthday for free as well!!! I LOVE THIS BIKE SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely great experience. They had everything I needed and more. Capable and professional shop that also has a nice selection of all kinds of bikes. I will definitely be back for any other service needs. Thanks again!

Customer service sucks! I won't even think about spending my hard earned money there. I just ask a simple question... The attitude and unprofessional behavior that you can't even look a potential customer in the eye. I saw some great reviews, but I have also seen some that were totally opposite. I will take my business to the bicycle 🚲 shop elsewhere.

I'm 40 years old. Been coming here all my life. Gets the job done. Everyone 1 staring this review expects products for nothing. This guy has rent to pay and than profit to make. But if you want to talk about quality this guy knows what he's doing. These 1 star reviews don't do this man justice. Maybe he deserves a better location than the Bronx.

Thoughtful owner and service to community. Our family has bought all of our first bikes here starting with my wife’s first bike 20 years ago. Great quality, honest prices and generous maintenance. Our oldest first bike was purchased and maintained here so well that our second daughter is able to enjoy 10 years later. Buy with confidence.
