Went to Webster Tire on Friday afternoon, I had reached out about some rims and we came to a deal, before I came down I was informed the rims I wanted were out of stock. But they didn’t Let me go away unhappy, they found me a better rim that I actually like more and instead of charging me the extra cost for the rims he gave me the rims for the amount we first agreed on, and they also gave me other options to choose from with out any pressure or hassle. Then I arrive and my car is immediately started I wasn’t there for more than an hour and I forgot to mention Band new Tires come with all rim purchase, and you don’t have to worry about the sensors they have in house mechanics that know what they are doing, I have a 2023 Tesla Model 3 and it rides like it’s brand new! IF you’re looking for the best price Rims and Tires WEBSTER TIRE is the spot I drove 2 hours away that should tell you how great the deal and customer service are! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Sold my rims that kept breaking. They kept bending and cracking when driving over pot holes. I went thru 3 rims because they kept bending. Don’t come here to buy rims. They are made from cheap material and will break

Professional shop with more inventory then most in the area. Gave me fair pricing that was slightly more affordable then other local shops. Removed one star because the wait was more then what I would have liked but they had a comfortable seating area to wait in. Overall good shop I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the need for rims and on the spot options with large inventory.
