He takes the time to explain every issue clearly and in a way that’s easy to understand, which really builds trust. Felix was able to diagnose and fix an issue on my Infiniti Q50 that three other shops couldn’t figure out. Since then, he’s been my go-to for all my car needs. Every visit feels welcoming, and he truly makes you feel like family. When you’re there, you genuinely know your car is in good hands. Probably the best mechanic shop I’ve been to in my life, and I’ve been driving in NY for 15 years. Felix the owner even test drove my car with me when I picked it up.
