I honestly wish I never brought my car to Waldy Automotive after my accident. They picked up my car and immediately told me they could “handle everything” — help with the police report, create the insurance claim, and basically take the stress off my hands. They also made it seem like I’d have a rental car within 48 hours. That never happened. My car sat there for an entire month, and I was never provided a rental. Around the two-week mark, they told me there was an “alleged third-party investigation” and said once someone came to look at the car, a rental would be provided. Fast forward four weeks later and nobody ever showed up to the accident scene and nothing moved forward — just excuse after excuse. After a misunderstanding, I finally contacted my insurance directly and found out the truth: they were basically holding my car and racking up storage fees. By the time I realized what was going on, they were billing my insurance for thousands. It felt like I was being told whatever sounded good to keep my car there longer, not to actually help me. Word of advice: If you’re ever in an accident, do not hand your car over to Waldy Automotive without speaking to your insurance first. Get everything in writing, confirm rental coverage yourself, and don’t rely on promises like “48 hours” or “we’ll take care of everything.” This was a frustrating experience and I wouldn’t recommend them based on how this was handled.

I HAVE THEM ON VIDEO Saying it’s a “new door” over n over and when I showed them marks I already had on the door all of the sudden they “ONLY REPAIRED IT “ but they charged my insurance for a new door!!! You have to stay on top of them cus they will leave ur car sitting there for days and wks with out touching it. View on GoogleCar was hit on drivers side, Waldy and Mike showed up and waited for hours with me for police to show (which they never did). After telling them about a negative experience with another auto body they were both straight up with me about what needed to be done and promised that wouldn’t happen with them. They got my car back to me within a week and a half, ahead of the estimated completion date provided by my insurance. Definitely would bring my car back to them if I ever need any more work and definitely will recommend to friends and family. Thanks again to Waldy and Mike for their help.
