Nice tire shop in Brooklyn very good prices and nice workers good job

I installed a tire here only about 10 days ago and it already developed a crack. When I came back to ask them to check it, they told me to come back the next day because the manager wasn’t there. I even asked if I could leave the tire for inspection, but they refused and told me to bring it back again. On top of that, Night shift guy still charged me $5 just to dispose of the tire. Very disappointing customer service. I understand things happen, but the attitude and unwillingness to help were frustrating. Don’t ever buy tires from this shop. The tire cracked after only about 10 days. I paid around $200 and the quality was terrible

Excellent service at this shop. They gave me a very good price for a set of tires and installation and have changed all 4 tires very quickly. I highly recommend Jonathan and his crew.

I was very happy with this shop. Not now, They do very good work. They are very fast. I had one issue the other day. I asked to have a tire replaced because mine was cut at the sidewall. I asked for a used tire or a new one to replace it. They did not have the new one. So I had to get a used one. The used one that gave me was the wrong size and I was charged for it. I didn't notice the wrong size because I brought the car to them at night. The next morning, I woke up and saw that it was the wrong tire because it looked totally different from the other tires. Much bigger too, I noticed it was also a rubbing on the inside while I was driving, I went back to have a new tire put on because I had to buy a new tire, due to the fact that they gave me the wrong size much bigger tire. When I went back to have the new tire put on, they put it on no issues. I asked if I could have my money back for the used tire that they sold me which was $115 they told me they couldn't do that and I had to come back to speak to the guy who did it. I didn't even want the full money back for the tire. I wanted the price of the installation for the new tire taken care of in courtesy of them giving me the wrong size tire, which was only at the price of $30. They would not do it and asked me to come back. I have not seen the guy yet. But if he is there and does the right thing, I will update this.
