Justin was beyond professional, respectful, compassionate, and reassuring during one of the hardest moments I’ve experienced. He handled EVERYTHING from start to finish and constantly checked on me throughout the process to make sure I was okay and informed every step of the way. New luxury vehicle owner…6 months in and car gets hit while parked. Sucks. But what started out as an unfortunate event led to a great experience. I was so afraid of going to the wrong place to get my baby (my car) fixed. I lucked up upon Versatile Auto Collision by accident and I am so glad that I did. First let me start with customer service, the owner Robert is a lovely guy. Very professional and not greedy. Not only did he give me the best quote out of the other places I went, but he also doesn’t gate keep for other businesses that do good work. He will give you recommendations for places he himself will use. He picked me up and brought me to my car. The job not only looked great but he also warranty’s his work. I pray I never need his services again lol BUT if I ever did require work again I know exactly where to go. Thank you Robert. I wish your business all the success in the world. I would recommend this shop to every body I know. My vehicle was in an accident and Justin from versatile was there from towing the vehicle to the shop to handling the claim. They went above and beyond repairing my baby and even did a full interior and exterior detail.they are the best and I would come back every single time to get my car worked on.
