After being involved in a really bad car accident, I was overwhelmed, stressed, and honestly didn’t know where to start. From the moment I connected with Versatile Auto Collision, especially Justin, I felt taken care of. Justin was beyond professional, respectful, compassionate, and reassuring during one of the hardest moments I’ve experienced. He handled EVERYTHING from start to finish and constantly checked on me throughout the process to make sure I was okay and informed every step of the way. He truly went above and beyond, not just with the car situation, but as a person. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care the way he did. Versatile Auto Collision made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier, and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, communication, and professionalism. If you ever need a towing or collision company you can truly trust, this is the place to call. Thank you again to Justin and the entire team for treating me with such care and respect. I will forever recommend you guys! I APPRECIATE YOU!!

I recently had an outstanding experience at Versatile Auto Collision. Justin was incredibly professional and courteous, taking the time to explain the repair process and keeping me updated regularly. The quality of their work is top-notch—my car looks brand new, and you can't tell there was ever any damage. They completed the repairs ahead of schedule. They even cleaned my car before returning it. I highly recommend Versatile Auto Collision for their excellent service, attention to detail, and exceptional quality of work. I'll definitely return for any future needs and will recommend them to friends and family.
View on GoogleNew luxury vehicle owner…6 months in and car gets hit while parked. Sucks. But what started out as an unfortunate event led to a great experience. I was so afraid of going to the wrong place to get my baby (my car) fixed. I lucked up upon Versatile Auto Collision by accident and I am so glad that I did. First let me start with customer service, the owner Robert is a lovely guy. Very professional and not greedy. Not only did he give me the best quote out of the other places I went, but he also doesn’t gate keep for other businesses that do good work. He will give you recommendations for places he himself will use. He picked me up and brought me to my car. The job not only looked great but he also warranty’s his work. I pray I never need his services again lol BUT if I ever did require work again I know exactly where to go. Thank you Robert. I wish your business all the success in the world. Stay humble and kind and please keep those good quotes.
View on GoogleI would recommend this shop to every body I know. My vehicle was in an accident and Justin from versatile was there from towing the vehicle to the shop to handling the claim. They went above and beyond repairing my baby and even did a full interior and exterior detail.they are the best and I would come back every single time to get my car worked on.
View on GoogleRobert and Justin’s service was impeccable! More than words can describe. As a female, most shops would have ripped me off but they were completely honest and super supportive from start to finish! They saved me from a situation that would have been a mess had I gone elsewhere. I’m super thankful for their professionalism and customer service. If I ever need any auto work done, I will always come here! Thank you again guys.
